He installed a new kitchen sink nicely. On the first job, he set up a day to come in and the night before called to say he was sick and rescheduled. For the next job, which was a bit urgent, he scheduled a day and that morning called to say that his car wouldn’t start. He texted me to say he would come in the following week and never showed up on the scheduled day. We have still not heard from him 5 days later.
