My experience with Joel was so outstanding I will tell anyone needing help with their computer about him and Geek-o-Roma. In fact I called my Bank IT department and my mother about using him, I will tell my co-workers tomorrow. He repaired my virus problem, greatly improved my security, made some changes that improved and simplified using my computer. Now my computer works so much more effectively and quickly that it is like I just changed from dial up to high speed. He listens well also. All this for a fantastic price!!

Joel at Geek-O-Rama was extremely helpful. His customer service and patience were totally awesome! I had several issues with my computer (couldn't connect to the internet, computer was booting up slowly, running slowly, etc.). Joel tackled the biggest issue first (inability to connect to the internet) and when one approach didn't work, he patiently tried another. After we solved the connectivity issue, he was able to connect to my computer remotely to thoroughly and efficiently check my computer for viruses and malware. (We found none.) He was very professional and explained what he was doing and asked permission to connect remotely, after which he was able to perform his work much more quickly than before. Joel was great, because his service is much cheaper and faster than taking it into computer repair store. And I could do this from the comfort of my home. The service even comes with a 30 day guarantee! I would definitely use Joel again and recommend him to anyone looking to get rid of malware/viruses or figure out why his/her computer is not working well! The value and service are the best I've ever experienced! Thanks, Joel!

I couldn't get on to the Internet with my browsers and my computer would freeze repeatedly. Joel logged on, told me to go relax for a couple of hours. I did and when he called back, all was right with my world. No unplugging desktop and carting to a store and waiting a week or two to have the same thing done at twice the cost!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We provide our services at a flat, per issue fee. And because we do not charge by the hour, it encourages our techs / engineers to resolve issues in an efficient and timely manner. We do not charge per hour or have any hidden or extra fees. New customers also get a "New Customer" discount! So, make sure you mention it to your technician or customer service representative.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Yes, our reps are either CompTIA A+ / Network+ certified or currently in the process of getting certified.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Most of the work we do consist of remote desktop support for clients that need a nasty virus removed or want to make their very slow computer, faster! We also get a lot of customers that need help setting up their wireless network, securing the router, and making sure all wifi devices connect successfully.
