Norik is a true professional from beginning to the end. I am remodeling my house in the aftermath of eaton fire, and I reached out to him for an estimate on replacing my gutters. Everytime I asked a question he would head out to the house and look, very detailed oriented in his work ethics. My remodel took a while and his prices never change, unlike others who blames it on tariffs or inflation as time goes on. His response via the app is very quick, and he knows exactly what I want in the finish and design for a great value. To the day of the install, they came out on time and is very respectful of the property, whether its parking or removing trash or causing disturbances etc. My house requires a different leaf screen which needs to be special ordered and he came back on a 2nd date to finish up the install, and again right on time. He also provides 5 year warranty which is awesome, and should you need additional gutters in the future due to the amount of flow, he would charge the same rate for the individual gutters as if you are doing the whole job together. We couldnt be happier with the appearance of the gutters, very nice finish, seamless and very modern looking to match the house. True gem of a professional

Very detailed, free, thorough explanation of the installation process. Norik was the only person who brought products to show me during the quote. Installation process was good and gutters look great and seamless. Now I wait for the rain to see if they hold up. There’s a warranty so I have confidence that if there is a problem he will fix it.

A few weeks ago, I posted that I was looking to have gutters installed. I had four companies come out. One never provided a quote, one quoted ~$2.5k, another ~$3.5k, and another $17k. All three quotes provided the same type material -seamless gutters- and offered the same colors. I went with Gutters Pro, not because they had the lowest price, but because when I researched reviews on BBB, Google, Yelp, and Thumbtack, they had the best overall reviews. The worst reviews were for the ~$17k quote, who also took up 2-1/2 hours of my time trying to convince me why they were such a good company and trying to get me to sign a contract that day, completely disregarding my initial response that I was getting estimates and wouldn’t sign anything at the time of getting estimates. Even after I repeated that they were not listening, they tried to convince me that they needed to earn their paychecks by signing up people and I could cancel within three days (not my problem). Part of their sales pitch was to survey me and ask if I trusted their company based on what they told me so far. 🥺 It was weird. The other two estimates walked around, measured, provided options, and left, sending their estimates later. On to the good news. Norik at Gutters Pro (his own business that I got from Thumbtack) did a great job. It took him about two days. He also provided a rain chain that I had requested. And he told me that if I have any questions about the downspouts and waterflow from the house when it rains to call him out so he can address it and review options with me. One of the issues I wanted handled is a gap between my house and a shed we have. He took care of that and explained what he did, and sent pictures. Every step of the way he checked with me to make sure that he was providing the service I wanted. I really appreciated his communication, responsiveness, and professionalism. He is one of the best contractors I have dealt with. Others could learn how to do business from him. Really happy with this project and am glad I can provide a review.
