Lance is great! He installed both a mail slot and mailbox in record time on my front gate and even fixed the latch and lock on the front gate without me asking. He also expertly mounted a television for me. He arrived on time, was extremely friendly, and did great work. I would absolutely hire Lance again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing goes as follows. There is a two(2) hour minimum, for medium to large projects.
service calls- $120 for 1st hour; includes ($40 trip charge).
$80 per hour
Daily rate- Upon request.
Piece rate- Job will determine pricing/bid for the job. My rates are fair, but can be flexible, upon agreement of project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to gather all the information possible, so that I can give the customer the best advice to complete there project. I like to have a clear understanding of what all will be involved, so that everyone is working on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years in the service industry. Over 30 years working for my local Christmas tree lot. Over 20 years in the telecommunication industry, working for the cable companies and other MSO's, building and servicing customers all over the United States. I have worked for and have ran my own business, and now is the time in my life to be in full control of the service I give to you, the customer.
