I hired John a few weeks ago to fix a list of small items that were broken or not working around our house. I picked him because he is skilled in many areas: carpentry, plumbing, electric wiring, etc. he has a master's degree as a civic engineer, and his knowledge goes far beyond understanding individual tasks. He fixed our front window, our ceiling fan, the bathroom plumbing, our garage gate, our front door lock, and removed our big old did Swamp Cooler from the roof, which he then patched. We also laughed at each other's jokes. We have more left for him to do, after the current heat wave passes. I recommend him highly.

John did a great job on fixing my leaking faucet. I also had him check out a couple other projects I wanted done in the future. One project he talked me out of because he had recently done that for another home owner and they weren’t happy with it. He was very honest even if it cost him a job. I will definitely use him again.

I had a small job — a broken cabinet hinge — that turned into a big deal when I couldn’t find the right hinge. John hunted down the correct one and had my cabinet back together in no time. He’s so knowledgeable, capable, has a lot of common sense and he’s a nice person, too. Hire him if you want your things remodeled or repaired properly.

My name is Gena, My husband and I just purchased our first home. I contacted John thru Thumbtack. John came over looked our house over. There was much to do as we knew when we purchased our house. After looking over his profile including reviews we decided to call up on John. He looked over things over items which was looked over by our home inspector, a thorough explanation was made which is the most important things which needed to be done first. We had electrical, plumbing, doors, Lighting much more issues. With his background including his knowledge of his experience, we decided to hire him for the work. I got to say his is the best of the best. We have never seen anyone to be more diligent complete in his workmanship more professional. Persistence and precise than John is. His hourly rates are very reasonable. John works to get the job done as before. We have hired others for my mothers house they have been slow, keep taking brakes, others would take advantage of my mother for her age, In all the years the work that was done at my mothers house I wish I would have found John to do the work. Not John when he starts his work he goes thru to get the job done to clean and accurately. We will be hiring him back over and over again as we need more work done.
