I recently bought a house with a hot tub that wasn't working. It looked pretty bad to me and I was expecting the worst. I contacted Jesse to see what it needed to get back in working condition. I sent him some pictures and made an appointment for an estimate. He was on time and professional. In 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem to just a broken pump. He had the replacement part with him and had my old funky hot tub up and running and sparkling clean in just a few hours for a reasonable price. He showed me how to operate it properly and suggested how to keep it in good working order. I am happy to have found Jesse on Thumbtack and will definitely call him when I'm ready to upgrade or if any other problems arise. Such nice people, on time and completely cleaned out the black gunk that was in our jacuzzi tub in our bathroom. We can use it again! Very reasonably priced too with amazing clean-up after they were done.

If you need your spa fixed, go with Jesse. I thought my motor was broken and needed replacing. Jesse promptly replied to my questions and was able to see my place the same day. He looked at it and told me that actually the motor is fine but I needed a new control box. He agreed to come back the same day and fix it! In general, I really appreciated Jesse's timeliness, honesty, accessibility (I could text him), and communication. He fixed my tub and I'm so happy. Will keep him in my phonebook for sure. My contractor also thought highly of Jesse.

No everything is priced different
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want there business, all I can do is be myself make a profit but keep them as low as I can and hopefully they'll be happy and call again.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got a job as a Poolman and my brother was interested so I taught him what little I knew before long we were both doing it. Than we got our own biz and boy things took off. Than we got a job and showed up, it turned out to be a portable spa and wow it was night and day compared to a pool so we learned everything we could about those things now I'm 45 and I believe our success has everything to do with just be honest treat your customers right and hopefully they'll use again and boy have they.
