I hired Dream Home Remodel to install floor and backsplash tile in the kitchen, and could not be happier with the job they did. Timely and clear communication from start to finish; reasonable prices, and excellent quality of work. They even fixed a couple of extra little things that came along the way at no charge, and gave advice about other parts of the project, outside of their scope of work. These are hardworking guys who take pride in their work. So happy to have found them, and looking forward to remodel the bathroom as well. Thank you so much!!!

Jeff, Ishmael and their team are amazing! Turned my boring, old, peeling bathtub into a gorgeous walk-in shower. Jeff was super helpful working within my budget. Ishmael and his team arrived every day on time and were extremely professional. The quality of the work is outstanding. We had a slight issue with UPS, which was not Jeff’s fault at all, but he took care of it immediately and kept in constant contact. Whether you’re doing a large remodel or something small like my project these are the guys you should hire. I’m definitely keeping them on file for future projects. Thanks again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices do fluctuate from time to time (pending demand and season) and we are open to matching other offers if offers are realistic in price to scope.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Immediate communication, we want to cater to the customers design ideas and needs and work on their time table while giving an accurate one as best we can for start to finish. Communication is key with DHR.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
His technical skill and range is pro as he has been doing this for almost 3 decades with a wide range of jobs: cabinets, new room addition, exterior structure builds, quartz/counters, woodworking of all types, tile, electrical, etc. Ismael has been doing this since he was a boy learning from his father.
