Dawn was excellent, it was my first session with her and definitely not the last. She helped release tension and stress in my body and in addition she showed me some stretches I can do through the day to alleviate muscle tension.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended NHI (National Holistic Institute) completed an 800 hour core program and continued my education another 450 hours in Neuromuscular Therapy. I have worked in a spa environment but found that I prefer to work with clients and allow the opportunity to treat their body as a whole. Sometimes the body needs more work and my clients need more education as to how their everyday movements affect their lives. I have also attended the Heart Touch Program to learn the fundamental Oncology Massage. Healing touch has many health benefits. I continue to work at StretchLab part time as it compliments what I do as a NMT, improving flexibility helps prevent injuries as well as speeds the healing process post injuries/surgeries. CMT, NMT & Health Educator!
