Let me begin by saying I have a lot of experience with contractors and I have never had one better than with BMP, which is why this might be the longest review I have ever written - but there just isn't enough space here to say how impressed I was with them in their work... The worst type of water damage is the damage you don't see, damage that overtime can only develop into something much worse. That was the type of damage that came from a broken water line from our refrigerator. We thought we soaked most of it up and that the cosmetic damage was minimal, but to be on the safe side we reached out to BMP. Little did we know that the water had permeated the walls, seeped under the floors and soaked into our insulation. When we called BMP we watched as their team identified all of the areas that were moist. Amazingly, they identified every location with very little information from me (that was intentional). They were thorough and professional in their assessment of the situation and worked with our insurance adjuster to get a approval for work to commence immediately. Within 24 hours of calling them them our furniture was delicately put aside and that part of the house was sealed off with a containment barrier, and four dehumidifiers and a number of fans were deployed. Sections of the wall and insulation were taken off and floor boards and toe kicks were removed so holes could be drilled in to allow maximum ventilation. Fans were also placed in the crawlspace. The quality of work was phenomenal and we immediately saw an improvement in the moisture levels. We know because they marked and recorded moisture levels every couple of feet throughout the damaged area! Within two weeks the containment barrier that sealed the house was removed, the equipment was taken out and the reconstruction work began. Less than a week later our house has brand new baseboards, toekicks, drywall, paint AND believe it or not EVERY piece of furniture including all of the smallest of items were placed back exactly where we left them on day 1. They do EXACTLY what they say they will, they communicate every step of the way and their team is the most professional, thorough, and friendliest I have had the ever come into my home. If there is nothing else you get from this review then I hope it is this: when you deal with water remediation and renovation, there are no short cuts even if time is of the essence - it can impact the health of your family and the value and longevity of your home, both are most important investments of your life and they don't deserve anything less than the best and to me that was BMP. Thank you BMP!

Im a property manager of 34 townhomes, billy and his crew have been here very professional,when I've called him for emergency status setting up proper containment making it safe for tenants and very professional. Yes i recommend this company for any and all of your water, mold restoration needs. He has also remodeled 2 2bdrm 2 bath townhomes with new kitchens floors and drywall/tape and paint. He also has taking care of my personal home had a flood damage due to a freak storm in the Kern county mountains 2016,he and his crew traveled 55 miles to take care of our home and restore it back better than before. If you ever have any type of issue concerning water damage, mold issues and or smoke damage William is the man to call! My parents had a leak under the fridge and my father was concerned about mold but after William came out and inspected the site and tested the walls and floor he confirmed that there was no mold and even advised what part was needed to be replaced on the fridge and didn’t charge my parents a penny. My parents are elderly and my father really believed he’d have to pay a lot of money but William was honest and kind and explained everything, Turns out the leak had only just started. I’m thankful to William for being so honest but also reminding me that not every one is out make a quick buck! If you want an honest company that is professional and will take care of you, your home and belongings as if they were their own then call William at BMP I promise you won’t be let down.
