- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since each effort varies in scope, please contact Tanjun Mold Inspections for a free quote. A base inspection fee applies along with a per sample lab fee where applicable. We will send an estimate for review along with the pre-inspection agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to the visit, we typically try to gather key information about the nature of the request. If air sampling is required, windows and doors should remain closed for at least 24 hours prior to the inspection appointment. Once on site, we will consult with the property owner to focus on areas where there is suspected mold growth or where there has been water damage or moisture issues. If lab samples are recommended, we will review details with the customer. Once all of the data is collected, we provide a report of our findings. If a mold growth problem is identified, a remediation protocol is outlined.
