There were a lot of issues that made this move less than ideal. To begin with, the 2 guys were supposed to arrive at 4pm. But the president was in town, so traffic was a nightmare. They didn’t end up arriving until almost 8pm. This wouldn’t have been an issue (we hired them same day, so we were able to be flexible with time), but the storage unit closed at 9. I then learned the person they were helping move (my ex boyfriend) was belligerent and drunk. They called me expressing concern about continuing, so I decided to just pay for 2 hours (despite only working 1 hour). Had they been a little more punctual, I would have given them a higher rating.
