My focus and specialty is relieving clients of pain. I am a Certified Massage Therapist specializing in Neuromuscular Therapy. I am passionate about educating my clients in how their average daily activity causes imbalances in their body structure. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended NHI (National Holistic Institute) completed an 800 hour core program and continued my education another 450 hours in Neuromuscular Therapy. I have worked in a spa environment but found that I prefer to work with clients and allow the opportunity to treat their body as a whole. Sometimes the body needs more work and my clients need more education as to how their everyday movements affect their lives. I have also attended the Heart Touch Program to learn the fundamental Oncology Massage. Healing touch has many health benefits. I continue to work at StretchLab part time as it compliments what I do as a NMT, improving flexibility helps prevent injuries as well as speeds the healing process post injuries/surgeries. CMT, NMT & Health Educator!
