Introduction: In Teaching:
I teach the vocal technique and coaching style, specializing in jazz (including SCAT). All styles are dealt with, as well as all ages and all levels. I offer long-term, short-term, and emergency quickies! I provide in-the-studio help as well.
I'm available for singing on recordings and all kinds and levels of live performance.
I'm a total pro, easy to work with, and kind but truthful, and I can really tune in to what people need and want. I am a major "connector" of people. I run a 9-year jazz jam session in L.A., and I've produced vocal workshops every month for the last 15 years.
I'm a composer of great vocal songs and recording artist with 7 CDs out.
I'm a constant worker and a good-quality musician/singer. I'm the person people seek out when they come to L.A. to be involved with jazz singing and the community.
I produce shows and events all the time and have received awards for my contributions to the community!
All of these are done internationally as well!
