Our air conditioner was not cooling. We hired Steve with the hopes that he could help us and our old AC unit. He was flexible with my schedule and came in the evening. Although our unit is very old, he didn't try to sell us anything. He made the necessary repairs and got our air conditioner up and cooling very soon. When it is time to change our unit, I will call Steve again. Thank You!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the key and the most important part of every job performed. Then evaluating the age and the unit to see if it's been properly maintained throughout its lifespan. Air Conditioning systems must me maintained quarterly to maximize the efficiency of the unit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Universal Technical Institute.- HVAC 1998. EPA certified Universal.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
In High School I worked as a HVAC helper for a Refrigeration Company! Then after graduation in 1997, I decided to pursue my education through Universal Technical Institute specializing in HVACR.
