Introduction: • Responsible for providing consistent leadership in the finance department by focusing on Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). • Evaluate financial data in order to assess proper staffing requirements to meet all managerial demands. • Creating annual budgets and monthly variance analysis, investigating and identifying variances to budget and recommend practical improvement methodologies to management. • Year end closing process, successful completion of all internal and external financial audits, providing Balance Sheet reconciliations to outside CPA firms and delivering information requested by auditors on a timely basis.
