Introduction: Hi I'm Alicia with Sparkle and Shine Cleaning, I have cleaned in restaurants, libraries, homes, fitness studios, vacation homes, rental homes, hotel, Airbnb's, offices and more varieties of locations. I have great references, with 4+ years of professional home cleaning experience and 6+ years of commercial cleaning experience, 4+ years experience with move out clean ups. I clean thoroughly and well. I actually enjoy cleaning, its therapeutic for me! I'm flexible and understanding. The Sparkle and Shine team all shares the appreciation of cleaning collectively. Working both individually and teams up on certain projects; Alicia, Paris, Lorena, Andrea, Emily, Johnna, Selena and Pete, with varying availabilities. Our team is full of attention to detail, hard work and professionalism by each of us. There is no additional fee for the number of cleaners during service. Specialty tools such as power drill with scrubber attachments, plastic scrapers, magic erasers, oven cleaner, extending microfiber dusters for high ceilings and fan, window extenders for exterior windows, to name a few of our specialty tools. Alicia is great. She came and did a deep cleaning and comes weekly to keep the whole house clean. I had her use my cleaner because I like it best and she went out and bought same kind to use on my home and others. She does an excellent job even having to work around two kids and two dogs. My house is clean, smells awesome and I would highly recommend her. She always has a smile, is very thorough and is kind and considerate. I’m very glad I found her on thumbtack. It was my first experience using this app.

Alicia was right on time and put in every detail. Cleaning was very good and no complaints. It took 8 hours to clean the whole house, they did not rush at last minute too. Thank you and looking forward to set recurring schedule. Definitely recommend.

I have to admit I has hesitant to use a service like Thumbtack, but I had neglected my home for two years and company was coming so I had to take a chance--I'm so glad I did. Alicia responded right away with the best reviews so it was an easy choice. She was professional, punctual, listened to my needs and was very understanding about my neglected home. I honestly can't recommend her strongly enough. My house is now cleaner than it's ever been, and my husband agrees 100%. I am now excited about company coming instead of dreading it! Thank you, Alicia! (Note: I apologize if this review is posted twice, but as I was working on the first version, it seemed to have disappeared, but it's a review I had to post--she's that good.

Pricing is based on the number of bathrooms and bedrooms. Add ons are based on extra time it will take to complete the add on task(s). Additionally discounted rates are offered for reoccurring services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically introductions and a tour of your home is how cleaning services start. This is a good time to communicate any priority areas or details worth mentioning if not previously discussed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have sanitation experience of knowledge from being the PIC (person in charge) at a dine in restaurant originally. I gained my beginning experience of commerical cleaning in an office setting. Then further commercial experience through my work experience in a library setting and later in the caretaking industry. I have been home cleaning and trained through multiple companies for 4+ years. I've been trained through commercial cleaning companies I worked for as an independent contractor.
