Hi! I’m Allie. I provide wedding planning, wedding management, month/day of coordination, and design services. Allie was phenomenal in executing the vision I had for my wedding day! We hired her for a wedding management package, which provided us access to her online planning resources (which were a huge help!), coordination meetings, timeline creation, rehearsal help, as well as having her & her assistant help us on the wedding day. Though I had a venue coordinator, I 100% feel that my day flowed seamlessly by having the help of Allie as my personal coordinator/ planner. She was with me during the challenging parts of wedding planning and was always one text away to make me feel supported, heard, and seen, especially when wedding planning can feel like such an isolating process. She remembered the details I had in mind and improved upon the ideas I originally had. I also appreciated how she made sure my wedding party and family members were checked up on throughout the ceremony & take-down of the event. When the night was over, she made sure everything was ready to go so my husband and I did not need to worry or stress about anything. I am very budget friendly and am willing to work with you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing that I like to do is schedule a phone consultation to discuss more about what you envisioning for your event. Talk through guest count, style/theme, budget, vendor selection, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's in theatre with an emphasis in management. Managing theatrical productions or theatre companies has provided me experiences that directly relate to wedding/event planning & management. In addition, as an elementary school teacher, you have to plan, coordinate and manage students and their parents.
