Introduction: Hi! I’m Allie. I provide wedding planning, wedding management, month/day of coordination, and design services. I am creative and organized, love building relationships with my clients and vendors and work with you to bring your vision to life. Prior to this change, I was an upper elementary school teacher for 5+ years and ran a high school theatre program for eight years where I had to manage a team, large budgets and coordinate and manage parents, and students. We met with Allie for potential wedding coordination and she was a dream. She was responsive, helpful, punctual, inquisitive, and answered all of the questions we had. We ended up booking a venue with a built in coordinator, but will be recommending Allie should we have any opportunity to. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and organized nature was a breath of fresh air when beginning our wedding planning. Thank you Allie!

As a wedding photographer, it is important that I work with organized and professional coordinators. Having a good coordinator can make all the difference in how smooth a wedding evolves. Allie was everything I could want in a coordinator. She was professional, organized and worked well with everyone. Working with our Allie was an absolute delight. From the moment we first spoke, her dedication to making our day special was evident. Our wedding definitely had its challenges leading up to the big day. When our original venue was destroyed in a storm, Allie was accommodating and proactive despite such a stressful situation. I appreciated having someone to email about minor details (like napkin colors) and having the peace of mind that the day would run smoothly with her at the helm. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, from coordinating vendors to efficiently handling last-minute changes. Allie is AMAZING. Our venue required that we hire a coordinator, so it wasn't our idea. In retrospect, however, I can't imagine doing the day without her. She made our special day feel perfect and stress-free, allowing us to focus on the things that mattered while she handled all of the details. From day one, Allie excelled at communication and organization, and was on top of both comms with vendors + me, the disorganized bride 😅 She provided guides and access to the planning software she uses, which were both super helpful through our planning process. On the day of, she arrived early to begin setup and was full of calm, positive energy. She checked in with me throughout the day to make sure I had everything I needed and to get approval for decor setup. She worked extremely well with the other vendors to ensure our timeline ran well, that everybody got to eat, and that I had everything I needed. She came prepared with a kit for bridal snafus, which was amazing when my second outfit needed a little TLC. She even helped walk us through the cake cutting when we realized we didn't know exactly what to do. Overall, we were extremely impressed with her professionalism and couldn't have done the day without her. Thank you Allie!

Allie did a great job with my Son's wedding. She took over the details so that we could enjoy the day. Everything was lovely. We would not have had such a nice wedding without her help. She thought of all the things that we would not have. It saved us time and money. She is very professional and stays on top of everything. I am very budget friendly and am willing to work with you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing that I like to do is schedule a phone consultation to discuss more about what you envisioning for your event. Talk through guest count, style/theme, budget, vendor selection, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's in theatre with an emphasis in management. Managing theatrical productions or theatre companies has provided me experiences that directly relate to wedding/event planning & management. In addition, as an elementary school teacher, you have to plan, coordinate and manage students and their parents.
