What an awesome experience with Joey! He's incredibly knowledgeable and totally nailed what I needed done with my water heater (My thermocouple went bad). He even called me beforehand to double-check on parts, which was super helpful. Kept me updated on his ETA and texted me when he was 5 minutes out. When he arrived, he was a total professional and had everything fixed in no time. Couldn't be happier!

Came out same day and replaced the water heater. So happy not to have to wait to take a hot shower. Had a water heater on stock and brought it in same day. Also hauled away my old heater. Very personable. Knew what he was doing. Was teaching his younger brother the trade. Admirable qualities. I will definitely use him again for any plumbing problems in the future.
