Rushed for time and cost, I almost went with someone else but I am very glad I waited for Joey next day. Job done well and he didnt hesitate to take care of couple other plumbing things i could not get to for months. I appreciate that Joey politely explained few city code mandates and how he addressed them. Clearly laid out the optional things like changing expansion tank or changing shut off valve. His charges were not expensive than others and more importantly it felt good how he executed the job and cleaned up.
