Not only was Joey accommodating, of the four vendors I contacted. He was the only one willing to look at repairing my 12-year-old Noritz tankless water heater. He was able to figure out the power source diagnose the malfunctioning part while the three other companies were more than willing to simply tell me due to water calcification and age that I needed a new unit worth $5800. Not only did he make the trek to see me the same day he got my call. He also made the diagnosis fix the problem and communicate communicated clearly with me via text while I was still working with my clients online at home not 20 feet away. He was clean, respectful and above all quick. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

What an awesome experience with Joey! He's incredibly knowledgeable and totally nailed what I needed done with my water heater (My thermocouple went bad). He even called me beforehand to double-check on parts, which was super helpful. Kept me updated on his ETA and texted me when he was 5 minutes out. When he arrived, he was a total professional and had everything fixed in no time. Couldn't be happier!
