Ryan did a great job listening to what I wanted help with, took the info I gave him and formulated an easy-to-follow lesson that wasn't short on info and details, but didn't feel crammed either.
If you want help with broad concepts or breaking down minute details, Ryan can tailor your lessons to your strengths, weaknesses, body type, etc.
He offers flexible scheduling and a reasonable rate and I would recommend him to anyone looking to improve their grappling.

I have had several classes with Ryan as the instructors. He is very knowledgeable and patient instructor. If I am ever stuck learning a technique, he always has the right answer to fix what I am doing wrong. I always look forward to my classes with Ryan.

Ryan is an excellent instructor. He is patient and works closely with the client, while explaining how to do each move and its importance. I recommend his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu School highly and without any reservation.

I have know Ryan for the past three years, my first time meeting him was at Bruddas Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I was extremely overweight and carried many insecurities. However, the first time I rolled with him I was given nothing but encouragement and insight. Today I'm a much different person than I was three years ago, attributed partly to great instructors like Ryan. He has taught classes at Ralph Gracie Jiu Jitsu and is a phenomenal instructor that is highly adaptable to various situations and students. Thank you Ryan!
