Hi, My name is Eric Zibbel and I am a draftsperson/ designer and Licensed General B Contractor and C-10 Electrician based in Grass Valley, CA. As of Fall 2025, we are focusing on repair jobs and remodel jobs including bathrooms, kitchens, closets, and other home services. My small business is focused on excellent customer communication, top notch attention-to-detail and friendly service. We provide residential design services to develop blueprints and construction documents for permit submittals or just to refine scope of work for new construction projects, remodels and decks.
