Hi, My name is Eric Zibbel and I am a draftsperson/ designer and Licensed General B Contractor and C-10 Electrician based in Grass Valley, CA. As of Fall 2025, we are focusing on drafting, design and consulting work for residential and commercial construction projects. We have the builder experience necessary to get your project off the ground and the knowledge of the local construction market to design your project with your budget in mind.
