Hi, My name is Eric Zibbel and I am a draftsperson/ designer and Licensed General B Contractor and C-10 Electrician based in Grass Valley, CA. As of Fall 2025, we are focusing on drafting, design and consulting work for residential and commercial construction projects. We have the builder experience necessary to get your project off the ground and the knowledge of the local construction market to design your project with your budget in mind. My small business is focused on excellent customer communication, top notch attention-to-detail and friendly We develop blueprints and construction documents for permit submittals or just to refine scope of work for new construction projects, remodels and decks. Eric redid our bathroom downstairs - retiled the floors and put in a new cabinet/sink and medicine cabinet and lights. He finished earlier than expected and did a very nice job.
