Sam was the primary contractor for my wife and I as owner builders. His knowledge of home construction is extensive and very current. Sam is easy to work with in that he is flexible, understanding and a nice guy. He is a very hard worker and keeps the job moving at a good pace. Sam is very creative and adapts well to changes to the plan.
