I know when clients and I do the initial walk-through, whether that is right before the cleaning service or during an included free walk-through of their home per client, I have my notebook and I am writing down any specific detail the client is explaining to make sure that is done during the service. I like to pride myself on a attention to detail during a cleaning service and if there is something that is missed during the service I will travel back to the clients house no extra charge to make sure it is done, no questions asked. I have my own cleaning solutions and supplies. I work with a partner or even two depending on how big the job is or how much work there is to be done. We are all attentive to detail as the other.
