Great follow up prior to scheduling call. He was slightly late due to a previous repair appointment running long but he let me know. He came to my home as I work from a home office. He was great about explaining what he was doing (and what was wrong) and although he worked for more than the time we scheduled, he charged me a flat rate w/no overage. Most importantly, he provided a variety of references and I felt I could trust him in my home and with my laptop. I will definitely call him again next time. (Plus, he's a cat person! :-)

Alan did a fine job with getting my photos transfered to my ipad. It turned out to be a complicated process but he stuck with it doing extra things to get it all to work together. HE HAS A CALM easy manner which I appreciate as I am challenged with tech stuff but he makes it easy to understand. I will be calling him again soon as I need more tech work done. Good work.
