When I say these guys work quick and effectively, I mean it. Start to finish took about a week and a half—excluding days in which we selected pavers and had ordered them. Demo and ground prep took about a week and installation, about 3-4 days.
Lucas was extremely helpful in terms of suggesting pavers and color combos which turned out unimaginably good! Although I already had a specific layout in mind, I’m confident that Lucas and his team could give you everything you could think of and more given a blank slate. These guys are seriously artists! Will hopefully have another project for them in the near future!
Details: Complete renovation of current landscape (e.g. replace soil, hardscape services) • Apply mulch • Lay grass or sod • Walkway • Front yard • No, one-time project • Home

Iudi and his team did a wonderful job replacing our old concrete driveway with pavers. Iudi was very easy to communicate with and offered great suggestions on what should be done. His demolition team and installation team were very responsible and completed the job with great quality on a timely manner. We are extremely satisfied with the work done.
Details: Larger projects in current landscape (e.g. plant trees, install sprinkler) • Patio • Walkway • Driveway • Back yard • Driveway • No, one-time project • Home

Lucas was very professional and a nice guy. He worked out a fair price for us and the landscaping work he and his cousin did in our front yard was fantastic. We are planning to hire him again for future landscaping work in our backyard in the coming months.

Excelente job. It had been over a year now, and maybe next year we'll be hiring Lucas to apply another layer of sealer as recommended. Still looks as good as the first day though, so I love it.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m always willing to work with a customer. I may negotiate my labor pricing but I’ll never cut costs on material. I use what I know is best and I stand behind its quality. However, I believe I do amazing work, which is why I value my labor. I am competitive with my pricing, and although I probably will not be your cheapest inquiry, I promise I’ll deliver something special to you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure I understand what the customer wants and how educated he is in regards to how it gets done. Often, customers know what they want, and it’s completely doable. But sometimes customers can have unrealistic plans.
Next step is breaking it down into stages and always keeping the client in the loop with why I’m doing what I’m doing so that in the end it all makes sense to them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been doing hardscape work since 2009. Even today I’m always researching other people’s work on the internet and seeing work of other creative minds so as to expande my own creativity.
