I work with you to develop a fitness regime that caters to your specific needs. My approach is not a one-size-fits-all. You have the right to take your fitness, health and well-being seriously that is why I come to you in home or you can visit me at the Marin Longevity studio in Kentfield, California.
Marin Longevity specializes in strength training, designing and managing workout programs tailored to preexisting conditions or injuries, orthopedic and sports injury rehabilitation, aging fitness and athletic conditioning.

I’ve been working out with James since April ‘23. Both my husband and I work out with him 3 times a week and we both agree it’s the best investment we’ve made to do strength training. James will follow your lead on your personal goals. He is SO dependable, the most upbeat and positive person we are fortunate to have in our life. Huge James fans!

James has been working with me through 2 difficult injuries. I can not describe how much I appreciate the work he is doing with me. I was barely mobile when we started in October and today I did 5 minutes on the stair master and 15 on the rower plus almost an hours of weights and floor work. That may not seem amazing but it really is! I recommend James in highest possible review, my only hesitation is that he will get too popular to train me 3 days a week!!!!

So happy with the personal training session I booked with James! He was so friendly and professional and his workout kicked my butt! He did an amazing job at listening to my needs and goals and helping me create a workout and plan to achieve them. He has such a knowledgeable yet upbeat energy that it really made it a fun experience for me. I've never hired a personal trainer before but I'm so glad my first one was James. I was a little nervous and not sure how comfortable I would be having someone come to the house, but he was so respectful and immediately put my worries at ease from the moment we met. He got me fired up to get in shape again after having my baby last year. So excited to use his service again! Highly recommend!!

I love James! I called him when I really needed to get back in shape and needed one on one training to break myself out of the quarantine rut. He has been so friendly and respectful of my needs. He is always on time and energetic but focused. The workouts are interesting and fun so I look forward to our sessions rather than dread them! I also felt safe working out hard because he is a stickler for form and really stresses the importance of longevity. I know that if I start losing my form due to a state of exhaustion he will stop me and reset, and if something doesn’t work he modifies it on the spot to fit my body’s needs. The routines are curated for my needs and goals and his focus on corrective exercise has greatly reduced my back pain and that alone will keep him hired by me for the foreseeable future! I can’t recommend him enough!

I could not be happier with my experience with James and Marin Mobile Training! It was such a pleasure and so so convenient to have him come to my home, like a good friend who writes epic workouts. James listened to my goals and needs and tailored the perfect workout that was challenging but also so fun!!! I can’t wait for my next session!
