Had issues connecting to my wifi, Alan came out to my house and did his thing. Ran a few test and explained to me what might be the cause. Took him about 30-40 min. Gave me some advice on battery life and how to replace. Didn’t try to sell me any service or other equipment, just fixed the problem. That’s what I liked about him.
