- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard price list, but I will often take work that falls outside of that price list based on if I happen to have an opening or if my clients require something specialized.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All clients receive two consultations, a personalized wedding website, copyright to thier images and a package tailored to thier specific needs. I try to get to know my clients likes and dislikes and tailor my work to exactly what they are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College, private training, workshops, apprenticeships...I've both done them all and have taught others as well.
