I am able to provide an hourly rate for development as a service which will provide you with a set amount of time per delivery cycle and working technology at each delivery point. You help set what will be included in each cycle and if you want to stop at the end of that cycle you can and still have a working system.

Plan on incremental and iterative development. Perfect is the enemy of the good.

Software is merely the representation of business rules and objectives. Good software requires clear understanding of business requirements and objectives.
