- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a consultation and discuss your theme, food selections or ideas. What type of venue, service and setup will be needed. Create an quote and decide on a date for a menu tasting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a five years of apprenticeship training at Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, followed by continuing education classes at California Culinary Academy.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a teenager I fell in love with the art of cooking. Working at a four star hotel I was able to refine my skills over a five year period. Being passionate about my work drives me.
