Cannot begin to describe how respectful and cordial Greg is. I have never experienced such treatment and honesty from a computer technition. Less than 3 hours after I dropped it off, he had diagnosed the problem and had it repaired and he's not expensive at all. You need not look further, trust me. I'm so thankful for this connection.
