- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The 80's and 90's brought historic Markets. At that time, Real Estate stories were always in the news. I wanted to go into business and I was always attracted to architecture. So Real Estate seemed like a good fit.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I really have two Markets. First, as a Consultant. I do a lot of consulting for flat fees. This segment has grown tremendously, since there is so much information out there for the consumer to read via the internet. I get requests to essentially confirm data and decisions other professionals are making. Verifying whether they have interpreted the data accurately or not. Secondly, it is your traditional Client, representing sellers,buyers or lease contracts in the marketplace.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Interview a couple of Professionals and work with whomever you feel is energized enough to accomplish your goals. Second, replace them quickly if they don't. It's just business and your future. We should all be held to that standard.
