Victor was amazing! He responded immediately to my request and handled himself with professionalism throughout our negotiation. He asked appropriate questions about the project and was solution-oriented about working in a somewhat "unconventional" meeting setting. He was amenable to a last-minute request to move to a new location to finish filming. He delivered my footage exactly when he said he would. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every production has different needs and methods. We offer major discounts for local businesses and educational videos. Please ask!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After meeting the client and getting their vision on what they want for their video, including the audience they want to reach, we move forward with pre- production. A solid script saves a lot of time and energy in production and editing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was privileged to attend a video production training program in Los Angeles from 2004-2006. After completion of the program I immediately got involved in real world training in production studios in Hollywood. In 2008 I was invited to work for the video production team of the Los Angeles County fire department where I worked until moving to the Bay Area.
