Sergei did an amazing job in fixing multiple things in the house during tenant move out from fixing flooring, to installing curtains, repainting decks, touch up all across, fixing the fence and much more. What I was really impressed is he himself found the list of things that needed fixing and suggested genuine pricing for the addendum. He cleaned up nice after the work. I am going to rehire him for all our future handyman work.
