After four decades in the business, I have confidence in my ability to estimate the time it takes to do a job - from simple to multi-faceted. I am clear with clients about what to expect in terms of cost and timing. If the job changes along the way (due to added elements, etc.), I always discuss any changes in cost before moving forward.
