Had to upgrade a electric panel & Seen they had good reviews and couldn't believe it was true they do do a good job excellent work completed the work the same day the problem is why couldn't i find them sooner

Good experience overall with them, though the person who came out didn't know the full project/didn't know the light switches he was installing. Still, he took a moment to do a quick bit of research and got everything installed. Was a bit pricey, the tech kind of rushed through and some of the switches aren't exactly flush but we're satisfied overall with the project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I go out and meet the customer and give a free estimate. I strive to have a very good understanding of what they want and need; and a mutual understanding is paramount for a good working relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the electrical field since I was 16 years old. With over 15 years under my belt and so many years of experience, I was able to pass my contractors test with relative ease.
