- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
O'Brien Electric is very competitively priced. Our goal is to be fair, after all, " A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches." Proverbs 22:1.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I go out and meet the customer and give a free estimate. I strive to have a very good understanding of what they want and need; and a mutual understanding is paramount for a good working relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the electrical field since I was 16 years old. With over 15 years under my belt and so many years of experience, I was able to pass my contractors test with relative ease.
