Step 1 - Screen online/ over the phone to understand current position and mindset regarding training Step 2 - Meet in person to assess current fitness level and establish goals with a timeline and layout on how to achieve said goals Step 3 - Customize program tailored to your goal/needs that fit your schedule and your availability Step 4 - Start training on a consistent basis and conduct monthly measurements/assessment to measure current progress to adjust for the following month to see consistent progress!

I have 3 nationally accredited certifications (NCCPT, ACE, ISSA) as well as specialties in powerlifting, corrective exercises and Body transformations!
