Anthony arrived when he said he would, and the communication was good. Unfortunately, our treadmill turned out to be beyond repair due to a manufacturing fault, which caused the frame to brake. Anthony quickly diagnosed this (it wasn't as obvious as it seems) and informed us that this is not something that should ordinarily fail and the machine should be replaced. He took details and said he would contact Nordictrack. The replacement is on its way! When its needed, we'll have Anthony service it!

Came out and diagnosed the problem fast. Was not able to fix it since the problem was a fried display unit, but he was able to tell us what was wrong. He then helped find options for us to buy the display ourselves. Great value for all the info and help he gave us. Thanks Anthony!

I have a stationary bike. There was a problem with the motor. It stopped registering hills etc. Anthony came and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was on time, and repaired my bike for the price that was quoted on the phone. Very happy! I would not hesitate to recommend this company for exercise equipment repairs.
