My experience with Fredreich Mendiola is that he’s always brings the high energy into sessions. That sort of positive energy really pushes me through my training sessions, it helps a lot. He’s also knowledgeable about kinesiology, he was able to breakdown the key components I needed for strength training. You’ll be getting your money’s worth if you sign up for his training.

During our training sessions he would always motivate me to try my best. There were times I felt like giving up midway through exercises but he would always push me to try harder which really kept me on track. Alongside that he also showed me proper form for many exercises such as squats, chest press, and deadlifts. I was able to go outside my comfort zone trying exercises I never incorporated into my routine. I highly recommend
