We follow-up with potential clients and re-occurring customer base with-in less than 24 hr. Depending on work-load for the day, we can slate a Service Call within the next 48 hours. If the customer's needs are urgent then an Emergency Service Fee may be applied. This also applies after normal business hours (9:00 am to 6:00 pm). Also , with past experience, there are individuals, who love to "take things a part" to see if they can save themselves money. This is always not the best answer, considering the Manufacturer has made some machines "fool-proof" which means "leave it to the trained professionals". This also means damaged parts upon removal, clearing of Service error messages, Maintenance Count resetting, Service tests of Developer,Drum or General Service/Replacement of Maintenance kits. There are reasons that these are in place, if you start to cut corners, you might run into other disasters. Any question can be answered by our trained professionals. With over 30 years in the business and keeping up-to-date with new technology. Factory on-going training, insures our clients timely repairs at a affordable price. Our warranty is 30 days on Labor and parts. If machine is under any pre-existing service agreement or any type of warranty, this needs to be addressed to our staff ,prior to service. I to help educate my clients in the "right way and the Wrong way" of using their printing machines. I will always take time and answer any questions they might have.

At first we were going to have our Xerox printer repaired. But things changed the day before Steve was to come by. There was some type of strips of film coming out of the printer. Could of been the fuser. If so, would of been more $$ than worth. Steve's knowledge of Xerox printers (or any printer) blew me away! I got what he was explaining to me, and he was so helpful. I totally trust this guy in what he says. (Not trying to get a quick buck) ! Thanks-Shari

Steve came to my Home Office to repair my HP DesignJet wide carriage printer. I was concerned that it might not be repairable. The cost to replace it would be just short of $2,000.00 if I was lucky, so I was pretty concerned. He was the fourth repairman to take a shot at it. On the first visit, he was here for several hours. He inspected, tested, and became familiar with the printer. While he was here he also serviced my other two printers and my copier. He told me what was probably going on with the printer; said he wanted to consult with some colleagues regarding it; asked me to get some new ink cartridges for it in the mean time; and asked me to call him when I had them. When the cartridges came in I called him, and he was back before I new it. His diagnosis had been accurate and he got the machine back to working properly. He also recommended a network specialist to help me with some other computer issues I was having, and that fellow turned out to be a wizard as well. Couldn't be happier with Steve. He's professional, he's committed to resolving your issues, he's competent and he's honest. You can believe I've got my printer repairman.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Note: Due to our daily workload, appointments made need to be cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Otherwise in most cases there may be a $50 cancellation or $50 trip fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I belong to different agencies that I will join in their forums. I helped solve many questions on-line. I will collaborate with fellow Technicians. And if I do not know the answer, I will research for it. I attend Conventions on the "latest and greatest". Read Trade periodicals, and consult with other Techs.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I like to research and problematic repair.How and why principals of functioning. Tear-down and re-assemble. In the past would arrive at a work-site that previous Technician would have an "issue" disassembled, and would not respond back to finish the job. I would ask the client what the original problem. Then after quote given on cost of reassemble of equipment if not able to duplicate problem in present state. I am up-front with this and I will need consent before performing tasks. Lot of techs do not consider the "simple " cause of a problem, I like to keep my clients well informed.
