We follow-up with potential clients and re-occurring customer base with-in less than 24 hr. Depending on work-load for the day, we can slate a Service Call within the next 48 hours. If the customer's needs are urgent then an Emergency Service Fee may be applied. This also applies after normal business hours (9:00 am to 6:00 pm). Also , with past experience, there are individuals, who love to "take things a part" to see if they can save themselves money. This is always not the best answer, considering the Manufacturer has made some machines "fool-proof" which means "leave it to the trained professionals". This also means damaged parts upon removal, clearing of Service error messages, Maintenance Count resetting, Service tests of Developer,Drum or General Service/Replacement of Maintenance kits. There are reasons that these are in place, if you start to cut corners, you might run into other disasters. Any question can be answered by our trained professionals. With over 30 years in the business and keeping up-to-date with new technology. Factory on-going training, insures our clients timely repairs at a affordable price. Our warranty is 30 days on Labor and parts. If machine is under any pre-existing service agreement or any type of warranty, this needs to be addressed to our staff ,prior to service. I to help educate my clients in the "right way and the Wrong way" of using their printing machines. I will always take time and answer any questions they might have.

Steve is a really nice person, very knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning our printer and giving us recommendations for maintenance. We are very pleased with his service and fair pricing, and have scheduled recurring annual cleaning with him. We will be using him for our future copier/printer needs, as well. I would totally recommend his services to others.

Stephen helped us out tremendously! We had printer that had been deemed hopeless by other printer repair shops and he came in with Mark and solved our printer issues in no time. They found out what the problems were gave us fair pricing and did a fantastic job. Their honesty and extensive knowledge is amazing and we couldn't thank them enough. I would highly recommend Stephen and Mark for anyone who has printer issues!

Because our printer is so out dated, we could not find a technician that was willing to service it. Once we made contact with Stephen, he came in and fixed it in a matter of hours.
