Robert had a reasonable bid and they were able to start fairly quickly after I hired him. Robert was hired to correct many sheetrock flaws due to extensive carpentry trim work after a whole house remodeling. RObert was hired to repair sheetrock on a 4500 sq ft house RObert and his crew went the extra mile to make sure all details were repaired to the original Level 4 finish. Robert is a very good guy and was flexible in getting paid, etc. WIll use him again when I build my garage.

Mike was a pleasure to work with. He was flexible in accommodating my schedule and clear in his communication about the scope and timeline of work. Mike and his trainee Gabriel did an outstanding job on my garage repair project. They threw in some really nice finishing touches that I wasn't expecting at no extra charge. U.S.A. wasn't the cheapest quote I got, but I will definitely hire them again.

Mike of USA responded to my request for trash hauling promptly. Since it was a holiday weekend, there were limited option and other contractors available but Mike assured me that even if he could not find one of his guys, he would handle it himself. Which is exactly what he did. By the time he got to my house, my wife and I had added to the pile and it exceeded my original assessment. Mike and his coworker Gabriel took as much as they could fit but assured me he would come back the following morning. He did exactly as promised and his rate was reasonable. I will definitely look to USA and Mike again for any contracting needs in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our finished plumbing and electrical prices start out at $99.85 per hour (one hour minimum). After which, the price is reduced to $89.85 per hour (no minimum). All billing will be done in 15-minute increments, so you never have to pay for the full hour, but only for the work performed, unlike some bids. All other maintenance services such as light carpentry, painting, flooring, door, window repair, and drywall services are only at $69.85 per hour (labor only ).
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The U.S.A. Maintenance division was created to keep all Universal Staffing Agency tradesmen working in between general building projects and to service our commercial maintenance contracts with a higher level of quality than the average handyman service.
