Before the pandemic, I had started a task and travel business (former Fairmont concierge) out of Sonoma, Ca. Then, I worked for the past 4.5 years as a high level reproductive medical assistant in Santa Rosa, Ca. Now, I am transitioning back to being your "Girl Friday" for home, work, or life. Lupita responded within a day of my request. I have a decently organized home but needed some help with my closet and reading room mainly. She was quick to start shifting things around and even offered to take things to goodwill if needed. She was with me for 2 hours and I feel like a lot was done. She gave me ideas for furniture to add in my home to add to my organization issue and asthetic taste.

My pricing is negotiable, let's chat!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would love to chat on the phone first to get a sense of the work and set some terms. If possible/necessary, I would like to see the scope of the work before I embark on the task, at no cost. If not, I would be ready to jump right in, especially if it is a one-time task.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two degrees: a BA in Urban Studies and Planning and an AA in Social and Behavioral Sciences. I have decades of Customer Service experience in Office, Hospitality, and Healthcare work. And, I was a single mom as I raised my daughter, so built the organizing/cleaning skills as I could.
