Lupita responded within a day of my request. I have a decently organized home but needed some help with my closet and reading room mainly. She was quick to start shifting things around and even offered to take things to goodwill if needed. She was with me for 2 hours and I feel like a lot was done. She gave me ideas for furniture to add in my home to add to my organization issue and asthetic taste.
