- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would love to chat on the phone first to get a sense of the work and set some terms. If possible/necessary, I would like to see the scope of the work before I embark on the task, at no cost. If not, I would be ready to jump right in, especially if it is a one-time task.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two degrees: a BA in Urban Studies and Planning and an AA in Social and Behavioral Sciences. I have decades of Customer Service experience in Office, Hospitality, and Healthcare work. And, I was a single mom as I raised my daughter, so built the organizing/cleaning skills as I could.
