Introduction: The effort to create a customized atmosphere to capture in each image is done so through the inspiration i find in each client. I work as directed and accomodate all subjects and visions as to what the pictures should turn out to be. Small wedding photography is offered and does not exceed $1,200.00 for 4 hours of ceremony coverage and 2 hour engagement session. Hourly event and special occasion rates start at $75.00. The best aspect of my job is feeling apart of the occasions i photograph. I feel a sense of community through being able to provide pictures for keepsake and memories made with family and friends to share and be enjoyed for years to come!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Proposal sessions are $75.00 and engagement sessions are $300.00 for 3 a hour on location scenic session. Small weddings start at $1,000.00 and provide 4 hours of coverage.Family sessions start at $60.00 an hour and are on location as well as studio lighting and backdrop offered. Special event coverage starting at $75/hour. Sliding scale available
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My husband and i have a large family with six daughters. Not only has it been difficult to arrange family pictures but school pictures became costly as well. I started taking pictures professionally after being a homemaker for 16 years.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Bohemian Grove is nestled in the redwoods of Monte rio along the Russian river. It serves leaders of the world including United States presidents as a vacation spot. I had the priviledge of being hired as one of two photographers to photograph a high profile wedding last summer. A once in a lifetime chance! When everyone else is escorted off the premises for having a camera there , i was payed to take pictures!
