I did many small businesses. I moved to the U.S. from S Korea and started a variety of businesses with hope in a new country, but every time I was faced with difficulties due to burdensome construction costs, even before I started my business by being deceived by their lies and false estimates. So I started with a mindset of learning for myself and found that construction costs are ridiculously inflated. As I learned, I learned new knowledge and fun, and I changed job and start working an honest Contractor.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I finished a bathroom remodeling two days ago. It gave me a stylish and luxurious transformation of the structure we know of, and it took me two weeks to work on my own. the customer paid $10,000 for the construction. I threw away the old bathtub, worked on the tiles after waterproofing, changed it to a sliding glass door, and tiled all sides of the shower room and changed the floor to tiles as well. I changed the structure so that I could sit in the shower and take a shower, and I changed all the shower valves, handles, and shower. I also discarded the old cabinets and changed them into wall-mounted cabinets to make them neat and modern. The customer said she might install a bidet, So I made an outlet on the back of the toilet.
