- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Expenses not included in monthly service rate: 1. Any necessary labor for repairs and or parts needed. 2. Acts of God (Storms) or acts of vandalism requiring extra cleaning. 3. Draining of pool or spa. Customers Responsibilities: 1. Allow Pool filter 8 hrs per day filtration or as specified by technician. 2. Keep trees and plants trimmed away from pool and equipment. 3. Provide easy access to pool area, and maintain proper water level.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A qualified company service Technician will make ONE trip(s) per week to your pool to perform the following service (weather permitting) 1. Test water for chlorine and PH each visit as required by county health department 2. Treat water chemically as needed; Clean skimmer and pump basket as needed 3. Skim water surface each visit, Vacuum and/or brush pool walls and floor each visit 4. All materials necessary for the above operations are furnished by the company
