Introduction: I have been cleaning for 15 plus years and have developed the fastest, most economical and timely process. I have tried every cleaning product out there and I use the best, which means I spend less time cleaning and you don't pay as much. It's a win, win! It's great exercise and I work independently and make my own schedule. I am available days, evenings/nights and weekends. This has turned out to be a real plus with some customers.

We had a horrible experience hiring Lori, we were very busy that day and were in and out of the house trying to get ready for a 2 month trip. Everytime we came into the house, Lori was either on her phone, sitting at the table doing her schedule or wiping down our stove. In 5 hours all Lori did was clean the top of our stove and didn't even put the burners back on and sweep the floor half ass. Her helper cleaned 2 bathrooms but not the master bath which is what I really wanted cleaned. When my husband confronted her about using our house as her office she acted rude and said "well you know how it is running a business". She was extremely rude unprofessional and took our supplies & dustpan with them. After they left we had to clean our house for 5 hrs because only 2 bathrooms had been cleaned. Her helper agreed that she wasn't cleaning at all so Lori fired her. DO NOT use this cleaning service!

My apologies for not responding sooner. I do remember this day. I was hired and took instruction from your husband. And it appeared there was miscommunication on what you needed done. The helper you are referring to is my partner and family. I never fired her because we are partners and still work together. I strive for 5 sstar revkiews as you can see from my otheer reviews. I am so sorry for your poor experience. My reputation speaks for itself. I have made it a must when taking instruction from 2 people to make sure we are all on the same page. Again my sincerest apologies.

    I consider myself a "Deep Cleaning Expert." Over half of my work is deep cleaning/move outs/rental ready. The clients that communicate back to me, always get their deposits back. Some of my other jobs are cleaning/organizing. It's always a good feeling when your client is extremely grateful for organizing and cleaning. Some clients feel embarrassed but I assure them I've seen way worse and not to worry...it's nothing I can't handle. Making the client feel comfortable while you are going through their things is very important. I just put myself in their shoes and imagine how they feel. It works every time.
