- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It costs what it costs unless someone's lying/hiding the truth. Fair is fair; greed is not. One of us is NOT fair; both of us are equal. I believe in us. I give ALL of me - my integrity, devotion, persistence, patience, superior craftsmanship, best thoughtful decisions and more to everything I do, so you get true value for your money & trust.

Listen to what they want, answer their questions, show them respect and imagination.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two years of Electrical Theory & Code courses @ Pasadena City College at 35 and teachers' pet! I worked in photography/darkroom instructor, cinematography, lighting crew, sound boom, on a oil service crew boat @ Santa Barbara, as an auto/cycle mechanic, fabricator and painter, first born son of 2 teachers. Fixing any everything.
