Price was to high......the area was less than 6 to 8 feet. Am recommending they charge by the design of the pool or where the pool equipment is installed....not a standard pool and spa charge....

Horrible customer service. I do not recommend using this company.
I contacted ALD because I was notified by my pool cleaner that I had a leak somewhere regarding my pool. Once they finally answered their phones I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and do a leak test to make sure I actually have a leak.
First appointment time was a “no show no call” I called before, during and after my appointment window to see where the technician was but no answer. I called the next day and they finally answered and gave me some excuses. So I scheduled another appointment, this time they showed up an hour after the scheduled appointment window and when I called asking where the tech was I was told “ I was just about to call you!” It’s not that hard to communicate and let potential customers know that they’re running late.
Turns out my pool did in fact have a leak and the tech offered me two solutions to the problem. I chose an option and scheduled an appointment. But of course the day of the scheduled appointment time nobody showed up and so I had to call the office again to find out what was going on only to be told “ the tech is running late and will be there in an hour” ended up rescheduling again because I had things I needed to do and couldn’t wait for them to finally show up.
I ended up calling and telling them that I wanted to go with the other option to fix my pool leak which was cheaper by a few hundred dollars. Asked if they had availability for a Friday. Took them 4 days to reach out just for them to tell me that “ my technician suggests you use a pool service to do the grout”
So at the end of the day they wasted their time and a huge amount of my time and ultimately offering services that they don’t feel like doing for whatever reason.
I understand things come up but their lack of communication and professionalism is horrible.

I made a appointment with them at the beginning of the week and they wait until the day of my appointment to try to reschedule for 3 weeks later and we have a major leak! We refilled our pool so they could check it. Now i need to find someone else! These people are unorganized and unprofessional!
