- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a fair price base company, offering a quality service, who believes in providing value And craftsmanship to our installations and services. In-home consultations for new Heating and cooling systems along with ducting is free of charge. Service fees for nonworking systems in need of repair. Starts at $119.00 diagnostic fee plus cost of any parts materials and labor as needed. Heating and cooling maintenance starts at $129.00 plus cost of any parts, materials and labor if needed and approved. We offer a Senior and military discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a in home evaluation of system and operation status. If the appointment is for new system evaluation we will measure the home to size system properly ask about your personal comfort wants and needs and offer recommendations based on that. No charge for this service estimate on new systems are free. For repair calls we start with a in home consultation and evaluation of HVAC equipment as well as ductwork to determine the issues. This call has a fee of $119.00 and will be waived upon approval of repair. For preventative maintenance we do a thorough evaluation of HVAC system and ductwork to ensure proper safety, performance and efficiency. This service has a fee of $119.00 any additional finding and repairs will be additional cost as approved.

In field training as well as multiple courses and classes to keep up to date with latest technology. EPA certification.
