Robyn was a life saver for my wife's 50th birthday - she came into the process and all we had was location and band - 8 weeks before the event! She was instrumental in pulling off what guests called "the party of the century". Her team was so wonderful to work with - and we had rain, and nothing rattled her. I was worried about the distance since we are in Marin - but it had zero impact on the event and planning. Her team went up and beyond to make this event memorable for everyone! Call them ASAP!

Robyn planned a memorable 40th surprise birthday for my wife. She selected the theme for murder mystery, did splendid decoration in the house within couple of hours and changed home to a event location in COVID times . She was very accommodating and friendly and worked within budget. She made guests and hosts very comfortable by taking care of drinks, food, hosting game, clean ups etc. My wife herself hosts lot of parties so the harness high but Robyn blew away her and all the guests and made this event memorable for everyone. I am so grateful to find her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to provide a "one-stop-shop" type of service for my clients. The more work and stress that I can take off of your plate, the better. Each package is tailored to fit you and your needs specifically.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate via email, text, and phone. When a new client reaches out, I first make sure I have that date available and then I proceed with asking pertinent questions and requesting a phone call to go over details and find out how I can best assist. My goal is to make this process easy for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent most of my life working in customer service. I have more than 10 years of experience in private events from various roles as a coordinator, planner, decorator, server, bartender, and event organizer.
